As a company, we’re growing and that’s a good thing. However, growth means we’re all getting busier and not always able to take or return your calls directly. This can lead to delays and a certain amount of frustration.
So what have we done about it?
We have engaged an answering service to take calls on our behalf and either forward the calls to the relevant individual, send us an email summary of the message or even log a job directly into our management system. The good thing is that your call is answered by a human, and is logged and monitored.
Please note, however, that this is an external company so they won’t be able to directly answer queries of a technical or accounts nature.
